Overview
I am a Gestalt/Mindfulness/Compassion focused psychotherapist working with clients in a Process-oriented psychological way. My work is always in collaboration with my clients exploring at depth their process of change in a way that assists an emerging self that is both healing and strengthening, resulting in new ways to be in relationship with self, others and life. I am informed by my trainings and practices in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Self-compassion/Loving-kindness practices and Compassion Focused Therapy, all of which assist with providing new ways to manage negative mood and improve resilience and well-being.

Training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in 2008 and 2009, and facilitates MBCT groups and trains professionals in facilitating MBCT as part of my work at Southern Synergy.
