I work primarily with youth and families at headspace, as well as in private practice where I see a range of complex presentations, predominantly adults and young people with eating disorders.
Clinically, my approach is compassion focused, attachment and trauma informed, respectful and collaborative. CFT is my primary treatment approach, which is used in conjunction with relevant additional evidence based approaches such as FBT, DBT, and CBT.
